Refunds and Cancellations

Overview

Due to the nature of our products, for reasons of health and safety, we do not offer returns.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 48  hours or more in advance of the event time will receive a 100% refund. Rescheduling made 48 hours or more in advance of the event time will be happily accommodated at no charge, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event time incur a 50% cancellation fee. No shows will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of the agreement, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Note that any foreign exchange charges and/or bank charges incurred by YayLo will be deducted from the refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at joy@yaylo.co.
